Policy Changes and Cancellation

72 hours notice is required in order to make changes or cancel your appointment for a refund, less $15.00 processing fees for cancellation.

Any cancellations within 72 hours of appointment time, long distance or in person will not be refunded any amount. This is because I have secured your scheduled appointment time and have turned many other clients away looking for a session. Cancelled or missed appointments may not be able to be rescheduled on such short notice.

Any late appointments will be billed for the full original appointment time scheduled. It may be possible to extend the appointment time if my schedule allows, however my days are normally 100% fully booked.
